The Community Partnership on Aging Needs Your Help Released: 3/17/2014 
The Community Partnership on Aging, in collaboration with Cleveland Heights and Solon, recently released a survey which will be used to help guide decisions about future programs and services to support aging independently in the community.Additionally, in an effort to plan for the rising number of older adults, the Community Partnership on Aging is seeking feedback from residents in the communities it serves (South Euclid, Lyndhurst, Highland Heights, Mayfield Heights, and Mayfield Village) regarding the types of programs and services residents feel are important to support "aging in place." The focus group will be held in April, 2014 at a location to be determined. To take the survey online, please click here.
