Moratorium Announced On Outside, Overnight Parking of Commercial Vehicles Released: 3/16/2010 Print   Close   Effective this date, March 16, 2010, I, Mayor Joseph M. Cicero, Jr., do hereby declare a sixty (60) day moratorium on the enforcement of outside, overnight parking of commercial vehicles, as stipulated in the Codified Ordinances, Section 1160.04 (a) (2).   This moratorium will be in effect for sixty (60) days from the date as stated herein, in order to provide a reasonable period of time for City Council and the Board of Zoning Appeals to review the rules and regulations pertaining to the outside overnight parking of commercial vehicles.
